If Portside isn’t for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of purchase — no interrogation.

How

Write to support@getportside.com from the email you bought with, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key stops being valid. If something in Portside pushed you to a refund, we’d genuinely like to hear what it was — but telling us is optional.
